M&E Partners LLC and DMC Ltd are pleased to present for sale an inventory of offshore oilfield support vessels and equipment. Sellers are inviting interested parties to purchase these assets by way of an auction process to be held on June 28th 2019. Equipment located in Berwick Louisiana. Cal Diver I
Diving support vessel which combines four point mooring and saturation diving to 1,000 feet with gas mix and reclaim features, 6 man split level without HRC. Built 1974, hull measuring 167’ x 38’ x 14’, and is an all welded steel constructed with the main superstructure, bridge accommodation located forward and engine room located midships.
DC IV
The DC IV is a 2000 built, 120ft (36.6m) LOA utility vessel with twin engines producing 2,880HP total and can accommodate 21 persons. She is also fitted with an air-diving spread.

Midnight Star
The Midnight Star is a 197ft (60m) diving support vessel with 6-man saturation system and hyperbaric rescue chamber. She has accommodation for 42 persons, has 2x main engines producing 7,200HP total and is fitted with 4-point mooring and 18t crane.

DC Dancer
The DC Dancer is a 172ft (52.7m) twin engine (producing 3280HP total) air diving support vessel with diving chambers, four-point mooring, 30t deck crane, and 36 berths.

Mystic Viking
The Mystic Viking is a 252ft (76m) LOA DP2 vessel with accommodation for 57 persons, a CAP 437 compliant helideck and 50t main crane. Two main engines produce 5,400HP total with direct connection to two controllable pitch propellers. The vessel also has twin bow and twin stern thrusters.

Rider Barge
The Rider is a 1995 built, 260ft (79m) LOA pipelay barge outfitted with 8-point mooring to operate in water depths of 400ft (121m). She has accommodation for 88 persons, 26ft x 26ft helideck, and air diving spread.
Offshore Support Equipment
Sellers are making a large inventory of offshore oilfield support equipment available for sale. Bidders should be aware that there has been a recent incident of flooding in the yard which may have impacted some of the shore based equipment.
